This machine is one of the main equipment to process raw material of brick production line. Which is suitable for brick making raw materials with relative moisture content not higher than 25% and crushed to less than 3mm, It has the characteristics of energy saving, ensure the size of the material, high production efficiency, low noise and less dust. Energy saving is 50% than traditional crusher

Roller

In order to ensure a better neutral and support strength, they are supported by adjustable rolling bearing. The moving roller adopts pressure spring to add force, and the crushing pressure can be adjusted according to different raw materials. When the hard object is stuck, the spring compression will not cause damage to the roller ring.

Both sides of the fixed roller are equipped with screw adjusting devices to adjust the position after the size of the roller is reduced. The inside of the moving roller is equipped with a limit screw to ensure the adjustable roller clearance, and the operation is convenient and fast. The roller ring and the hub adopt separate structure and are connected together by high-strength bolts to facilitate maintenance and replacement of the roller ring. Made of manganese steel, it has the characteristics of high wear resistance, high strength and easy repair.
